Services
If any of GoJobCentre Limited Services requires you to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify GoJobCentre Limited immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. GoJobCentre Limited will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by GoJobCentre Limited or another party due to someone else using your account or password. You may not use anyone else's account at any time, without the permission of the account holder.
Unlawful & Prohibited Use
As a condition of your use of the Services, you will not use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms of use. You may not use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the GoJobCentre Limited server. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Services, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any GoJobCentre Limited server or to any of the Services, through hacking, password mining or any other means. Upload of photos, documents or video clips
As a condition of your use of the Services, you will not use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms of use or by the Nigerian national laws guiding the use of internet. You may not upload indecent photos, fake certificates, or video clips of adult content to the site. Photo allowed for your upload will only be passport photographs only; certificates will only be that which is authentic and genuinely acquired by you; and video clips will only be clips of your work or professional performance which is descent and without the use of foul languages or any iota of adult content.
Save as herein provided, you are prohibited from using or removing any content from the GoJobCentre Limited site by any means for commercial purposes and from using the site for commercial purposes. Where such use of materials is desired the source must first be identified and written consent provided.

Vacancy Advertising & Database Access Clients
Vacancy Advertising and Database Access Clients must abide by the GoJobCentre Limited Terms and Conditions of Sale which outlines the Agreement of Services entered into between themselves and GoJobCentre Limited.
Ensuring quality of content by employers
The following terms of use are in place to protect the quality of the content on site. Quality content means that jobseekers can find the most relevant positions quickly and easily and that employers receive relevant applications.
To ensure equal exposure for all positions advertised on site, job adverts may only be updated / amended once per per week
Each position may be posted once only. Posting duplicates of the same job gives unrealistic search results and is deeply frustrating for job seekers.
It should be made clear in the job description if a jobseeker is not applying for a specific position, but rather their CV is being added to a bank of CVs for future positions that may arise.
The job title should reflect / summarize the job description (only one job per posting). It is to no-ones advantage if a jobseeker has to unnecessarily click on a title to find that a job description is unsuitable.
Jobs should postings by prospective employers should not be formatted with CAPITAL LETTERS or such signs as these:“ **** Punctuation !!!!” where details are required to give clarity for your advertisement.
Jobs should not be refreshed more than once per week, from the day the job is posted on the site. This is to ensure that jobseekers who receive our jobs by email will not find the job to have expired in that time.
Jobs should only appear once in the listings. Do not post the same job twice, even if it is rephrased.
Expire the job as soon as it is filled. (Or let us know and we will do it.)
If you are recruiting in order to build a panel of CVs for a position that is not at that moment vacant, this should be made clear in the job description.
If there is a cost involved to the jobseeker at any stage in the process of getting the job advertised, that must be explained in the advertisement.
The employer must take care that a job is advertised in the right categories and regions. In particular avoid misusing the Miscellaneous and Crazy Jobs section.
Avoid generic job advertisements that are vague and misleading to jobseekers.
Do not put an email address in the job title or the job description . There is a place for this, if you feel you have special requirements let us know and there is usually a better way of doing this in our system.
Only select the region in which the job is actually taking place - do not select surrounding regions. e.g. If the job is in Lagos , only select " Lagos / Southwest" do not select " Port Harcourt or Southsouth" or any other region that is not applicable.
Violation of the rules will lead to the withdrawal of your vacancy advertisement.
