Catalog and store corporate records (for example, acquisition closing documents, purchase and sale agreements, settlement agreements, Board meeting minutes) in Bank vault.

Work independently on special projects (such as research projects) relating to legal, corporate governance and corporate secretarial matters.

Perform legal research via the internet as necessary. 

Various other duties as requested by Corporate Secretary, Assistant Corporate Secretary, senior paralegal, Law Department attorneys and external counsel (i.e. working on coded projects, proofreading, publishing legal ads in newspapers, etc.) 
Job Requirements: The junior paralegal should have a Paralegal Certificate or its equivalent training on the job, as well as a high school diploma.
