-Develop a 3 year strategic business plan for the business and implement this plan, once approved-Establish a good business network and presence in the region whilst developing the business development competencies within the company-Develop policies and structures to facilitate the growth of the business into the region-Deliver on some of the HR consultancy services we offer.-Develop and implement an internal training program for the transfer of skills. 

Additionally,– Brand our services and establish competencies required to deliver on these services. Must have a feel of our market and identify the services most needed. Have an interim business development strategy in place. Establish a three year projected plan to work with. Demonstrate their ability to deliver the numbers.-Transfer of specialist skills to key staff targeted above to continue offering the same services locally, and a succession plan strategy in place to manage growth in the business. Tangible growth of the business measurable in monetary terms, presence and clientele base. Must have established and documented differentiated HR services that the company can continue to offer its clientele. 

 
Qualifications : -Masters in Human Resource/Industrial psychology or Marketing. -10 years of HR related work experience, 5 of which must be in a consulting environment. -Have a complete business development &amp; marketing strategy in place. Working closely with the business manager, he/she should have a learning and development plan for all key staff in place. Achieve targets and actualize on the budget. -A Nigerian in the diaspora would be preferred but we are open to other persons from other countries.
