Produce a 4-5 page summary as well as presentation materials for dissemination to stakeholders in Kitgum district and at the national level. 3. Develop a plan with timelines and budget for sharing the assessment findings with the communities in Layamo and Mucwini, including: • Assisting in coordination and consultation with the relevant District and Local authorities. • Producing appropriate presentation materials. • Assisting the Lutino project team in implementation of the plan. The volunteer will work closely with the Kampala-based Communications Intern, as well as with the relevant Kitgum-based sector managers. Requirements: • A degree in journalism, communications, sociology, international development or another relevant field of study. • Excellent oral, written, editing and presentation skills. • Previous experience working overseas in a post-conflict setting or relevant research experience is a plus, as is a sound knowledge of the return and recovery process in Northern Uganda. • Highly organized and detail-oriented. • Cultural sensitivity. • Strong IT competencies in MS Word, Power Point and Publisher.
